#3) “Consider the Options”.
Right now, there are so many different weight loss plans and diet programs out there, that it’s almost ridiculous that so many people are overweight. The resources are available everywhere, but people don’t utilize them. We are inundated with product advertising and the constant pressure to lose weight, but people don’t. It’s crazy how many effective options and programs are available to us, but people still can’t follow the most simple program of all: eat less, exercise more. That’s really the only option there is if you’re going to lose a lot of weight, especially over 100 pounds. Once you accept this and embrace it as a lifestyle change, you will be able to choose a “program” or plan that makes it easier for you to accomplish this objective. It’s ok if you don’t have a specific plan, as long as you can get the big picture in your head. Today, and every day, you’re going to eat more healthy foods, less crappy foods, exercise more, and feel happy about it. Results will happen if you can do that, and only that.
